How do I get started with PocketMatch?

What sports does PocketMatch support?
Any team sport with group stages, standings, and knockout brackets — football, futsal, basketball, volleyball, field hockey, and others. The fixture generator and two-cup format work the same way across all sports.
Does it handle the Main Cup and Runner-Up Cup format?
Yes, natively. After your group stage, PocketMatch seeds both brackets automatically — group winners and runners-up into the Main Cup, third-place teams into the Runner-Up Cup (Plate). Brackets appear on the public guest app as soon as standings are finalised.
Can I customize the tournament format?
Yes. You configure the number of categories, groups per category, fields, match duration, break times, and date window. The fixture generator builds the schedule from your settings and lets you adjust before publishing.
Do I need to collect paper consent forms for youth players?
Not with PocketRSVP (included from Club tier). Health declarations, media consent, and coach signatures are captured digitally per player before the tournament starts. The full compliance report — including IC numbers and health data — downloads as a structured CSV for your school board, sports council, or FA.
Is there a mobile app available?
No download needed. The guest-facing app is a web app that works on any phone browser — coaches and guests open a URL, no install required. Admins and scorekeepers log in via a web interface as well.
How secure is PocketMatch?
Sensitive player data (IC numbers, health declarations) is stored securely and governed under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Full compliance exports are restricted to superadmin access only and are audit-logged on every download.
How do I upgrade my plan?
