Commercial Policies
Nothing here is buried in a click-through agreement. Every policy below is part of your event purchase.
First postponement is free with 7+ days notice — the window simply shifts. Second and later postponements: RM 150 rebooking fee. Once the platform is live for your event, postponement is RM 200. No refunds on cancellation.
Need more sponsor slots than your tier includes? RM 200 per additional slot on Organiser and Tournament Director. Elite has unlimited sponsors built in.
Booked closer to your event date than the standard window allows? No rush fee. Access opens immediately on activation. Onboarding scheduled within 48 hours.
Minimum 6 months, RM 15,000 paid in full upfront. 12-month contract available at RM 24,000 — a 20% loyalty discount. Upfront payment is non-negotiable on Elite.
Changing your tournament slug after activation invalidates QR codes and WhatsApp links already in circulation. RM 100 to cover the admin overhead.
Mid-setup realisation that you need a bigger tier? Pay the difference, new limits apply immediately. Downgrades after activation aren’t permitted — that’s a pre-sale conversation.
